The journal is published on the Internet in open access (Open Access).
“Open access” means free access to materials on the Internet, which allows any user to read, download, copy, print or link to the full texts of these articles, index their contents or use them for any other lawful purposes without financial or technical restrictions, except for those that are inseparable from the principles of copyright in terms of the mandatory full link to the original issue of the journal. Access to the materials of the journal’s website opens no later than 30 days after the publication of the next issue. These materials can be posted on other Internet sites with a mandatory link to the journal’s website.
